Every two years hundreds of police officers gather at the European Gay & Lesbian Police Conference, where they exchange knowledge, experiences & good practices on the fields on sexual diversity in connection to all fields of police business. This includes community policing, crime investigation, domestic violence, equality in the work place & training.

The fourth conference after Amsterdam (2004), London  (2005) and Stockholm (2006) will take place in Barcelona from the 2nd to the 4rth of july and it will be hosted and organised by Gaylespol, the Spanish Gay & Lesbian Police Association, with the support of the Catalan Government and local authorities.
